The help desk is here to answer questions, resolve problems and support students, faculty and administrative staff members of the Mount in their use of the campus computer network and telecommunications system. Students can receive help with networking issues, some software problems and diagnosis of hardware problems with minor repairs if needed. We can also provide recommendations in seeking manufacturer's help for major problems.
Employees of the Mount who need assistance with E-mail can address their questions to the help desk.
Operated by Mount staff and trained student personnel, the help desk is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Simply click on the Help Desk icon on your desktop. You may fill out a work order on line and submit it. You may also check the status of work orders.
