For an internet neophyte the hardest part of finding a job online is knowing where to get started. Job Search Engines like Collegecentral.com, Monster.com and Jobs.com are often the first sites to be hit and can offer a variety of services. Job seekers can search for jobs by location, industry, pay, etc. A personal account can be opened that will provide ways to post your resume for recruiters to review and allow them to contact you by e-mail for an interview.
