Seminary Faculty
Mount St. Mary's Seminary has a dedicated faculty of priests, sisters, and lay people. The members of the faculty are united in an attempt to equip candidates for the priesthood with the best possible preparation: spiritual, intellectual, pastoral and human.

The low student-teacher ratio makes it possible for faculty members to have a close rapport with students and to participate actively in their total formation. Each seminarian has a full-time Seminary faculty member as formation advisor.

As far as possible, priests on the faculty make themselves available to the students as spiritual directors.
