New Enrollment Policy – Courses that recruit 9 or more students will run as planned.
Courses that recruit 6-8 students will be reviewed by the appropriate dean or the vice president for academic affairs two weeks prior to the start of the course. After discussion with the department chair, the dean or VPAA will determine whether that course will run or be postponed. He or she will consider factors such as core curriculum, major requirement and elective status.
Courses that recruit 1-5 students will be referred by the respective chair to the VPAA two weeks prior to the start of the course to determine whether the course will be postponed or offered as a tutorial/independent study. The VPAA will consider factors such as core curriculum, major requirement and elective status.
