| Mount St. Mary's University developed the Undergraduate Accelerated Programs in 1999 to address the specific needs of working adults, with busy and active lifestyles, who want to complete undergraduate degrees in a fast, flexible, yet challenging, format.
In 2001, to underscore its excellence, the MPAS program received the "Distinguished University Award" from the Maryland Association for Higher Education.
The courses are 5 weeks long, one night per week, and are offered on a year-round basis. You can take courses at your own pace.
For added convenience, the Mount has sites in Frederick (at the Mount St. Mary's Continuing Studies Center next to FSK Mall) and in Westminster (on the campus of Carroll Community College).
